Citroen Tubik,equipped with diesel-electric powertrain engine HYbrid4
Paris: French auto manufacturer, Citroen, Citroen has created a minibus Tubik who claimed to be "high-tech executive shuttle". Minibus future style is also designed to compete with similar minivan from Volkswagen VW Microbus.
As quoted Insideline.com, Tuesday 6 / 9, Tubik will make its public debut at the Frankfurt Auto Show 2011 held next week. According to Citroen, the concept was inspired by minibus delivery van Type H, which is running quite slow and is known in France as "The Tub".
Not only that, its flagship Citroen van was also described as a "cocoon-style lounge" with modular seating for nine passengers. Among high tech this car is a giant system semilingkaran screen high definition and surround sound systems, fingerprint recognition, head-up display screen, and rearview camera.
