Toyota Motor Sales USA announced it would sell a 2012 Toyota RAV4 EV to the public.
The announcement was made to straighten out any news coverage about the candidate-electric SUV Toyota.
A number of media in the United States preaching the Toyota RAV4 EV will only be sold as fleet vehicles (fleet) or for car sharing programs (car sharing).
