upcoming Lexus GS450h hybrid and the F Sport pack

Inside the press package Lexus released for the 2013 GS 350, they also included teaser images for the upcoming Lexus GS450h hybrid and the F Sport pack.

As it’s the case with F Sport Lexus models, the interior will also receive a makeover with sports seats ad steering wheel, probably carbon trims and lots of F badges.

There was never much doubt that Lexus would launch a hybrid version of its all-new 2013 GS sedan but now the automaker has tentatively confirmed it with the release of a new teaser image showing the upcoming car’s new grille and trademark Toyota hybrid blue backlighting on its badge.

Expect significantly more power than the outgoing GS 450h’s 292 horsepower output.

Along with the GS 450h, Lexus also released a teaser image for its new 2013 GS equipped with an F Sport accessories pack.

More information on the GS 450h hybrid and GS F Sport accessories pack should be revealed following the debut of the 2013 Lexus GS at the 2011 Los Angeles Auto in November, and sadly, there’s still no confirmation of the rumored GS F high-performance model.

About a week ago Lexus announced some updates for 2012 Lexus IS Sedan, Convertible, IS-F, LS 460 and CT 200h, followed by the official debut for 2013 Lexus GS 350 at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Now, although there was never much doubt that Lexus would launch a hybrid version of its all-new 2013 GS sedan, the Japanese brand has tentatively confirmed it with the release of a new teaser image showing the upcoming car’s new grille and trademark Toyota hybrid blue backlighting on its badge. As for the new 2013 GS equipped with an F Sport accessories pack, it’s hard to talk at this time considering that no official details were released. Stay tuned because more information on the GS 450h hybrid and GS F Sport accessories pack should be revealed following the debut of the 2013 Lexus GS at the 2011 Los Angeles Auto in November.
