VW Nils, Electric Car Future


Wolfsburg: German car manufacturer Volkswagen (VW) launched its future electric sports car with one passenger named Nils. The concept car designed to radically open car competition was inspired by F1.

As reported by Mashable.com, Saturday 3 / 9, Nils-designed sleek and small with less kebih three feet high. With the electric pump motor speed 30-hp, the car was also designed to look like a racing car, with a large enough torque and low engine speed accelerates. Top speed the car can reach 80 mph.

According to Volkswagen, electro car it just takes a few hours to charge the battery from eletrik 230V outlet. In a single charge, the car can travel a distance of 64.3 kilometers. Unfortunately, VW does not plan to sell the car.

The plan, Nils will be exhibited first at the Frankfurt Auto Show, this month.
